Elegoo's Mars 4 DLP is a 3D printer that uses DLP printing technology to achieve exceptional precision. The printer has a relatively small print volume of 132.8 x 74.7 x 150 mm, but is suitable for a wide range of applications in the fields of dentistry, education, design and the manufacture of miniatures and jewelry.

Digital Light Processing (DLP) for greater printing precision

DLP (Digital Light Processing) technology is a printing technology that uses a projector as a light source. This allows, on the one hand, illuminating the entire resin tank with a single projection, and on the other hand, simultaneously curing all points of the exposed layer.

Thanks to DLP technology, the light beam is projected directly onto the glass of the highly permeable screen. This not only reduces the light diffusion value, but also achieves over 95% light energy at the bottom of the tank! Thanks to the Full-Gray anti-aliasing algorithm, the anti-aliasing effect is further significantly improved.

Long lifespan with high light uniformity

The DLP projector of the Mars 4 DLP provides uniform light intensity across the entire printing area, enabling perfect printing results with incredible precision. The lifespan of the DLP optical projector is over 20,000 hours.

Tempered glass with 95% light transmission

The Mars 4 DLP, unlike other DLP printers, does not use an ordinary LCD screen. It has a tempered glass screen with light transmission of up to 95%.

Sandblasted build plate

The sandblasted build plate of the Mars 4 DLP ensures strong model adhesion and a much higher printing success rate.

Reinforced Z-axis for excellent stability

The Z-axis rail has been reinforced in width (20 mm) to effectively minimize vibrations and ensure more stable operation and greater precision.

Three printing modes thanks to the Voxeldance Tango slicing software

The DLP printer is equipped with the intelligent slicing software Voxeldance Tango. Three different printing modes are available to users:

• static mode for printing according to preset parameters
• smooth mode, in which the printing speed is dynamically adapted to various factors (e.g. model cross-section size)
• high-speed mode, in which printing is completed faster based on smooth mode, with improved printing efficiency.

Nouveau format GOO open source

The open-source slicing format GOO recently developed by Elegoo is compatible with a large number of slicers.

Silent printing for greater user comfort

The fanless design of the Mars 4 DLP minimizes noise during printing, making the printer extremely comfortable for the family! Noise level? 48 dB!
