eSUN Carbon Fiber Nylon ePA-CF

eSUN ePA-CF is a robust filament developed from nylon 6/66 copolymer and reinforced with 20% carbon fiber. It has high strength, stiffness and toughness and can replace metal materials in many cases.

Its self-lubricating wear resistance makes the filament ideal for printing gears. In addition, its high toughness and impact resistance allow the production of durable parts that can withstand temperatures up to 120 °C. The heat deflection temperature of eSUN ePA-CF is about 155 ?.

The surface of printed models is matte and fine.

Remarque : As this material is abrasive, we recommend using a wear-resistant hardened steel nozzle or a ruby nozzle. Also prefer an extruder with hardened steel gears.

Due to its high stiffness, ePA-CF is not easy to bend. Excessive bending of the filament should therefore be avoided as much as possible during insertion.

ePA-CF must be dried (70 ??12h) before printing to achieve the best printing effect. You can use a suitable filament drying box for this.
