Antistatic-PLA is an advanced antistatic compound designed for use in critical applications requiring protection against electrostatic discharge (ESD) in a cleanroom environment. Designed for consistency, offering you a filament with excellent printing characteristics and consistent ESD properties.

Manufacturer's tips:
Nozzle diameter: from 0.4mm.
Layer height: from 0.1 mm (100 microns).
Flow: ±115%.
Extrusion temperature: ±210–230°C.
Vitesse d’impression : Medium.
Retraction: yes, ±5 mm.
Plate temperature: ±0-60°C.
Fan speed: 50-100% from the 2nd layer.
Experience level required: beginner

Note that the surface resistivity of the final part will depend on the extrusion temperature.
Indeed, the higher the extrusion temperature, the higher the conductivity.
Resistivity or conductivity can thus be adjusted by changing the extrusion temperature according to the value measured on the first printed part.
