ABG filaments are produced from pure raw materials, in accordance with RoHS standards, with food-grade colorants. 
Net 1Kg, 330 meters.
Median thickness of 1.75 mm,    accuracy of +/- 0.01 mm,    axis roundness of +/- 0.01 mm.
Printing temperature: 190-220 °C
Bed temperature: 0-80 °C

 

IMPORTANCE OF FILAMENT DIAMETER TOLERANCE

A filament diameter tolerance makes your prints more problematic as the number of layers increases, resulting in rough surfaces, adhesion problems and mechanical weakness. Correcting the print surface can require 3 hours of correction for each hour of printing. In products made from the same base polymer, ABG filaments offer mechanical properties up to 40% higher thanks to their high tolerance. 

Thanks to its high tolerance, smooth walls guarantee injection-quality prints. You can produce parts ready to use without additional processing.
