Ultra-fine motion accuracy of 50 µm

The included ultra-precise vision encoder plate, combined with 5 µm resolution optical measurements, enables the H2D Pro to achieve a distance-independent, constant and reliable 50 µm motion accuracy across the entire workspace, resulting in a significantly better outcome than its predecessor.

With a print volume of up to 350 mm × 320 mm × 325 mm, creating large-scale projects has never been easier! From laser engraving on large objects to printing oversized models, the superior capacity allows you to bring your most ambitious ideas to life.

Hotend at 350°C and heating chamber at 65°C

Equipped with active chamber heating at 65°C and a high-temperature hotend reaching up to 350°C, the H2D Pro offers precise closed-loop temperature control. This advanced system effectively eliminates warping of high-performance materials, ensuring superior layer adhesion and maximizing their full potential.

Improved cooling fan

A new high-performance fan integrated into the front of the extrusion carriage efficiently cools the extruder and hotend radiator. This intelligent temperature control reduces the risk of filament clogging and fouling in harsh environments, allowing the printer’s recommended operating temperature to be increased by 3°C.

Ultra-resistant tungsten carbide nozzle

With an HRA hardness of 90 compared to 74 for hardened steel, the H2D Pro’s tungsten carbide nozzle offers exceptional wear resistance. This translates to a 50% longer lifespan when printing with abrasive and high-performance fiber-reinforced filaments.

Enhanced air filtration

For optimal air filtration, we have integrated a G3 pre-filter, an H12 HEPA filter, and a premium activated carbon filter made from coconut shells. This improved system effectively reduces strong odors and particles, which is especially useful when printing in poorly ventilated spaces.
